The offer includes in particular renting Telehousing Space or space in OPL racks in a Telehousing Room to enable installation of Carrier Equipment or making available a OPL Distribution Frame for fiber termination points to enable using the OPL services without installing any Carrier Equipment in the OPL facility.

Maintenance WindowMaintenance Window — it is the period between 23:00 hours on Saturday and 04:00 hours on Sunday every week, during which OPL performs necessary activities, in particular related to the Municipal Ethernet backbone network modernization and service improvement. In result of such activities, an interruption of up to 15 minutes in the access to TPIX may occur.

Force MajeureForce Majeure any external extraordinary event which is beyond control of the given Party and which could not be avoided even with utmost diligence, in particular such as:
- war, including civil war, riots, acts of sabotage, public disorder;
- natural disasters, including storms, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods;
- strikes, excluding strikes of the Party’s personnel;
- generally applicable acts of the authorities.

WAN (Wide Area Network) WAN (Wide Area Network) — wide data network spanning the entire territory of Poland.
The telecommunication device referred to in the Offer, is a parabolic, panel, dipole or Yagi-type antenna owned by the carrier and used for sending and / or receiving radio waves, which is a component of the radio communications system, or an antenna integrated into the transceiver, which is one module.
The associated device is the device owned by the carrier, necessary for the proper functioning of the telecommunication device or functioning as an integral part of the radio communications system, deployed in racks or containers installed on the ground, roof of a building or inside a room, near the tower / mast, or directly on the tower / mast (e.g. feeders).
The mast is an elevated structure, whose lattice or panel core is kept in balance by a system of diagonal, flexible lashings, designed for the installation of telecommunication devices.
The tower is a standalone elevated structure, with a lattice or panel core, designed for installation of telecommunication devices. OPL provisions towers / masts all across the territory of Poland, as defined in Appendix 1 to the Offer.
